What if I don’t have all my roommates chosen yet?
This is very common. That’s why the rule is that so long as you are signing up for a home that holds 7 or more people, only 6 need to sign within the first 48 hours. You can still sign up with just these 6, and have as long as late April to find the rest. We will get in touch with you by email to tell you exactly when the remaining signatures are due. We know that you may not be totally done selecting all your roommates yet, so we hope this helps!

What doesn’t the monthly Regular Home price cover?
All Regular Homes have a monthly package that covers almost all your monthly expenses. The only unaddressed item common to all homes is the electric bill – usage varies greatly from group to group, making an allowance harder to set. Students can also add uncovered extra services like HBO and sports channels, phone lines, or house cleaning. Extra services and electricity can be conveniently paid online along with the monthly payment.
