Guarantee #1: No need to stay if you don’t LOVE your house.

This first guarantee breaks all the rules of traditional rental housing - it’s just not done! But our landlords are so confident that you’ll love your property that they don’t need to force you to stay. Here’s what we mean:

Guarantee #2: No credit/income/background checks for most applicants.

Again, this is virtually unheard of at any other property you’ll try to rent. But we’re modeled on dorm-style housing, not traditional rentals. We know there’s safety in numbers, so if you’re Signing Up as a group, you probably meet our “only minimal screening required” criteria, so you won’t have to worry about your credit score being affected by these time-consuming checks.

Guarantee #3: No problem if a roommate drops out of your group.

This guarantee ends up being most people’s favorite. That’s because the hardest part of finding a home off campus is building a solid group of people to live there. Roommates drop out. Minds change. But our flexible system changes too: it allows for roommate changes even after signing up the housing contract!
